Dr. Cris Biazzin combines deep academic expertise with extensive industry experience to help organizations unlock hidden potential within their supply chain operations. In her consulting practice, she focuses on identifying and amplifying existing team strengths and operational capabilities to deliver sustainable performance improvements that reduce costs and maximize return on investments.

Since founding her consulting practice, Dr. Biazzin has worked with manufacturing and logistics companies across multiple industries. She partners with executives to redesign supply chain operations, develop integrated teams, and implement people-centered transformation strategies. In all her work, she helps organizations build on their existing strengths to achieve operational excellence while energizing rather than exhausting their teams.

She also brings a unique cross-cultural perspective, having successfully led transformations in both Brazilian and American business environments. This international experience enables her to provide targeted advisory support to companies navigating global supply chain challenges and cultural integration issues.
